Misfire problem solved

I think my misfire problem was related to poor quality / aged / low octane fuel. New fuel and Techron addition have cleared the problem. I think the car probably sat nearly undriven for at least a year. I suppose I do need to check the compression, change the fuel filter, and run some dehydrating agent through the lines.

An oil change would be in order if you haven't already done so. Sitting like that might also cause some oil leaks. Drive it and get the legs back under it. An additive I like, though it's expensive is BG 44K. I've seen it a the Stealers here in Denver but NAPA is one place I know that carries it and I buy it there. I especially like to run a can through a tank of fuel before an oil change.
