Since not receiving the group buy kit from Germany, but still needing the parts, I've been seeing a lot of parts and kits on Ebay. The A4/A6 kits are quite reasonable now, and available in both BOSA and Meyle. Perhaps someone can answer, though: is the A4/A6 kit the same as A8? One of the EBay suppliers says the A8 has "some different arms" and can be supplied for $100 more than his advertised kit. The other guy says the same kit is for all cars. He is offering the BOSA kit for $429 shipping included, Meyle at $489 plus ship, both with tie rod ends but no sway bar links. Looking at the Meyle site, it looks to me as though the only part that might differ is the front uppers, but I can't tell for sure. Anyone in the know?

I believe the 97-99 control arm kits are all the same for the A4, A6 and A8, but don't know for sure.

I do know that the 00 and newer A8 straight control arms have different taper diameters on them (larger) as compared to the 97-99's.
