Condition of the TB?
Maybe I missed it in an earlier post, but what condition was the TB in after 90k miles? The maintenance chart says the replacement interval is 105k miles, so you were a little early, but not much.

The timing belt itself looked fine, almost new. The serpentine belt did start to show some cracks...
