My Audi and Newport Auto Center
The customer relations person called from Audi and told me that the dealer and Audi decided to give me a break on my $1,500 instrument cluster. The discount was 75% and I only owe the dealer $375. Newport Beach, Newport Auto Center has been good to me. I will have the car bcak tomorrow.

Nope, it is not covered.
The warrantee I have is the third party warrantee. I called Audi customer relations desk and spoke to them and they issued a case number and contacted the dealer. They talked and the dealer felt bad about me having to fork out $1,500 and decided to give me a 75% discount. Did not hurt to try that at all.
