you can (not easily as Paul says), use a combination of spring compressors in place but I think I found an easier way.
The last time, I put a floor jack under the A arm and unbolted it. With the bolt removed, I was able to lower it down and the spring came out pretty easily.
The rear shocks are easy, just a couple of 13mm nuts at the top. You can get to them with the wheel well liner in place but they're a little tough to see. If you're struggling just pull back the liner enough so you have access.
The only snag is sometimes the stud comes out with the nut. I would soak them first to avoid this happening. If so, you have to remove the liner, no getting them back in with it in the way.
