...that one of the C4 guys posted, gets you a flavor of some of the earlier days' eyecandy and how things look before it loosened up as the sun set. Yes, I parked all of those cars - oy!

...this year was unavoidable unfort. We lost our previous 16 acre site, park-like grounds @ a friend's cabin (sold the place).

This site is a friend's newly opened dealership and the 'rear' area was entirely virgin until about an hour before we arrived Fri. and sorted the place out.

Best we could do, better than um, no event 8-). Dust was unfortunate, but even the P and F owners were cool with it.

...I think he nearly shat a brick when he saw the dust. I felt pretty bad but there was nothing we could do about that. I put him over in the grass away from the //S8s just to mitigate the carnage.

Kidding aside - he was *really* cool about it and I got him a hose out front to wash it up before he departed. Great guy, we had a lot of fun - can't wait for his //shots!!!

I'd have liked to see more than the 4 //S8s there but couldn't convince enough of you cheeseballs to join us - like, Edweirdo for example. Or Bruce for that matter. Loooooooserrrrsssss 8-).

I can only bust stones so much heh heh...

Sorry to say, I missed meeting you at the fest. Or, maybe I did but killed those brain cells?
I did meet Mr McBoost and friend and his 20" wheels however. I am highly recommending his M5 rear spoiler. Nice!
Thanks to Paul K &amp; crew to make sfest happen again.
I camped out (or IN the avant,) arose early sunday AM for the long drive home and cranked Mr Sinatra's "My Kind of Town" in an effort to wake the dead. Oh what fun to see the GL450 try to keep up them PA hills
Maybe next year, I bring der A8 yep!

Do you have any more pics of the S8 with the RS4 wheels, if so can you send them to me. I am thinking of possibly thinking of putting those on my A8 and it would help me make a decision.

I was a bit out of it because of lack of sleep and tons of heat but we survived.

I'm glad I went and was happy to drive the A8. Next year, I'll be there.
