the other day i was playing with the buttons for the seat and #3 & #4 buttons popped out... i couldn't get them back in to place because the spring kept holding out of place, i think maybe a clasp has broken on both of these buttons
the question.. should i just remove the springs and let them sit in place.. or do i replace these buttons, and if so, where do i get replacements

to work though.
Before I let her into the car, I start the car, press black memory button then #1. I turn the memory off using the red button to ensure it doesn't store the changes she's going to make.
Problem is that when I get in the car the next day push the red to turm memory on and press #1 to get my setting it lifts the wheel way up and the seat forward. The seat has never been in that position!!
Can't figure it out.

You need to press the memory button, hold it in while pressing the "1". Leaving the red button "on" should not matter, as it should only store her changes if she pressed the black + # combination.
You may also need to reassign the memory position to based on which remote unlocks the car... Search around on here, people have posted that procedure before too...
I had a similar problem with the settings not storing properly. I think my button 1 is just dead. I re-memorized my settings to button 3, and reassigned my remote to button 3, so now it works.

Interesting! I've been pushing the memory then the # not holding memory and the #.
Didn't know the key was an issue. Mine is used always except when I drop it to the garage for work.
Thanks
