Default Nice write up & good work on the pictures, Greg.

I went on the 20th, but on the 21st I flew out to Monte Carlo for the weekend and I had a business meeting yesterday, so today's been my first posting opportunity.

Unfortunately, my camera is a little bit more noticable than one attached to a mobile phone, so in the interests of not getting kicked out, I decided to can it.

I'm glad that your opinions on the handling are similar to mine as it kind of validates both. The ability to just aim the car in a certain direction and get there with no drama is incredible, and that Alpine course was well chosen as a demonstration IMHO.

I don't know what part of the UK you are in, but I'm up in Lincolnshire where it's slightly easier to find both corners that are enjoyable at legal speeds, and places where speed cameras and police cars are rare enough to be able to play a bit, so for me the dynamics of the new A8 are possibly more attractive.
