I traded it in for $22,500 and that was to a Volvo dealer in NJ. I assume to went through an auction or wholesaler to get here. There was a ding in the back drivers side door that they seem to have gotten out, and a scuff on the back bumper on the drivers side.

Just before tradign it in I did prop-shaft seal, and tie rods on both sides done in the last year. I got fed up when twice, once in 2005 and again this past fall the immobilizer chip in the dash board fried out and left me stranded. In 2005 this was under warranty and while it took a month, it cost me nothing, this fall same exact problem, which requires the instrument panel to be replaced, local dealer (Jack Daniels) wanted $2k to fix it - $1300 for the part and 700 labor. I appealed to Audi North America and they got the dealer to cut the bill in half. No-one would guarantee that this won't happen again, although the repair is warrantied for 12 months 12,000 miles, but I got tired of potential $2,000 bills every 18 months, an potentially having my wife an kids stranded.
Having said that, I do miss the car, total class, great power and handling and pretty unique. I replaced it with a Volvo V70R (300hp AWD) which is about as quick, but not nearly as refined.
