As predicted, Tozo was correct in saying that the clutch A seal was blown destroying the clutch basket! Cottman called me today and said that there was lots of clutch material all over the place. He gave me an estimate of $4650 (out the door, tax included)for a complete ground up rebuild, including sensors, TC, updated Valve Body, clutches, seals, etc. the "get it back on the road" price was $3700 + tax but i think since i have sunk this much into it and its got a flood title and otherwise is in excellent condition, im gonna go for it. I will get the broken clutch parts and take some pix for the curious out there. She should be done friday or monday at the latest!
