Default Hilarity again that they're both black - that kills me. Both seem priced way high IMO and the 1st..

...one sounds fishy about the carfax / owner thing. So a dealer owned it 2nd - in other words - beat the bejeezus out of it, did zero maintenance, then flipped it for a buck. Nice.

Miles are OK, alcantara '02 is yummy, otherwise.

Both have nav / parking. 2nd one is missing the driver's front tint, can't tell if passenger too which would make more sense but if just driver, then "work" was done there - just a matter of "what".

Bummer my buddy sold that '03 before you got ahold of him on it, sorry. That one was the steal of the century for a not perfect but solid, clean, 'real' car.

HTH, good luck. Do NOT overpay, there are some really good deals out there - patience and you will persevere / save a few bucks definitely.

Default Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off. Use KBB as one tool, of many. Unfort. it's no where in the ballpark of...

...what the current market dictates.

KBB's good for mass production iron, not so good for special interest cars as these IMHO. Heck, KBB dealer retail on my bud's 106k '03 was like $30.5k or something (Hahahahahaaa), trade in poor condition was like $18.5k - he sold it for less.

Crazy, I know, but reality unfort.

HTH. Have a great trip to Ireland!

Default Why not buy from a forum member? Occasionally one is known to sell a good sample.

Why go with obscure sales groups where they photograph the S8 next to pick-up trucks and beaten down Toyota Corollas? At those locations, I wouldn't touch these vehicles unless they're 20%-30% discount over what you can get at a dealer or from a private party, and even then only after a trusted independent mechanic's full body-cavity search

These are expensive cars to maintain; get a spanking-good-looking copy.

My $0.02...

Default But Bill... you're looking for burgundy on the INSIDE not OUTSIDE hahahaha...

Kidding aside, B's car is *very* clean, and best of all not driven by him but his wife 8-). All his cars he's had have always been reallyreally nice.

Great combo, great shape, warrantied, priced right, etc.

Doomed, doomed you are - d'oh!
