Need recommendations for extended warranty on A8.

Need recommendations for extended warranty on A8.
I have about two months left on my factory warranty. I am curious if any one has had any good or bad experiences with any particular warranty companies out there?
I have never had to buy an extended warranty before. Years ago my Corrado had a Toyota warranty. (go figure!) Unfortunately, I needed to take advantage of it and fortunately Toyota honored the repairs and coughed up the dough needed to make repairs.
I fear spending the money for an extended warranty and when I need to take advantage of it, have my claim denied.
Any help in the area would be appreciated.
