Topdog

Drove my new(to me) A8 home on saturday had it for 4 days and already someones kicked the nearside wingmirror the wrong way. Luckily theyre designed to flex this way but now its pretty loose and shakes whenever i pick up some speed. When retracting both mirrors the nearside one now takes twice as long.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction on how to tighten it up? Does it sound like the motor is broken?
