Yes. Do these look genuine? Do to me. Seems to have S8 badge & wheels....

No sign of photoshopping (reflections and optical interference on windwhield look real, and none of the parts seem copied from other models or photos).

I agree. I thought they looked good back then...
...as to photoshopping, there's dirt on the door in the second photo. How often does one see that in faked pictures? THIS is a more typical "photoshop" look. Static car, sunny day.

When I saw this latest batch of pictures, with the cars in motion, I figured they were damned close to reality. As you say, they look like the year-old shots, and also like the "spy shot" below from a few months back.

The last photo in your above post, that shows the rear-end,
looks the rear-end of the ALTIMA before this years change. Come on AUDI AG, get it together. I just can't get our current A/S8's REAR design out of my mind to see how AUDI should change it that much. OH WELL, we'll see soon enough. How can you change perfection ( the rear ) of our A8's from '97 forward?

check the rear and don't forget to put on your glasses 
no really check the rear lights it's really been photoshopped it's an "artist skech" done for a website i remember it from half a year ago..

You don't convince me. The taillights do look unusual, but...
... no sign of photoshopping. In fact, the details of the lights look less like photoshop than other pics in this thread. Overall, none of the details in these pics suggest photoshopping... and I see signs of photoshopping in almost every picture we've been shown, except the masked, dirty spy shot.
The details of the car in these pics differ from the pics from the magazine shown in the top message of this thread, but they still look more Audi-like to me. Back when the real A4 pics came out, I also called the real ones versus the photoshopped ones. Audi looks like Audi; animation like animation.
As I said, this may be an old concept or prototype from Audi, possibly a rejected or obsolete version. Or, it still is possibly a photoshop... but if so, it is a very realistic job, moreso than any I've seen.
