New Shifter ****, which one?
Here's one on ebay that's an Audi OEM supplied part:

I think Marty Fulbright put it on his A8L, but my car has the dark dash, so it would probably look better:

Blonde or Brunette?
Sport or Luxury? Chrome or Wood? Either would look great, but you seem to lean toward the sport side, so chrome? The wood would probably feel better in hand on those cold midwestern winter mornings, though. Tough call.
