Not turning on after i changed the right side strut , only hear sound from the air compressor trying to turn on but it buzzes and I’m not sure if the car itself will turn on if the pump does Not work. Changed relay also still not cranking

How can the strut have anything to do with the car not firing up? What did you disassemble for that job? Have you checked that it's not just your battery gone flat?
