under the dash. It kills the data buss path and no dash instruments and no communication and no start. Typically, it had healed itself by the time the tow came for it, but the effort goes on.

the instrument cluster. I had never pulled it this far apart. It had stopped all data buss communication. Pinching my nipples did no good, except for feeling good! Thanks for all the good advise. I should get my own VAG-COM except my Parallel program does not work too well, and I refuse to go over to the dark side. What me worry!
