Odd Trans Limp Mode problem

I've been dropping it all the way down to 2 but that does not do anything either.
It's very odd in that literally it only happens in the morning when i leave for work. Ran out tonight to get pizza for the family and I pulled out of the driveway and it worked perfect.
I'll have my wife see if hte reverse lights stay on.
