Salzberg and Vienna are so pretty, especially this time of year.......But there is something about making that 500 Km Ride from Munich to Berlin on the Autobahn......a perfectly banked highway, designed so you can drive at speed, without having to brake through the turns......If any of you here want to actually drive, you owe it to yourself to go to Germany.......it's cheap these days too, $299 on Lufthansa, direct flight from JFK ot Munich!!!!! The Phaeton is running me around $160/day (depending on the conversion when my CC company gets the bill).....I'll pay more for the car to drive around than to fly over there, go figure!!!!!
As far as food - I'm voting for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner in bed - I'm visiting my GF who is an Austrian citizen, she's waiting for INS to approve her visa renewal......been almost 2 months since I saw her :-( Anyone in here an immagration specialist and can help out??
