I was looking into level 10 but am seriously considering IPT.
I've read nothing but good about IPT when searching.

Anyone have bad experiences with either?

What do they know about the VB that needs repaired or modified?

Flow passage modification to do what?

Sometimes, "Performance" VBs are only an overall line pressure increase.
