Oil gunk on valve cover bolts, should I be concerned ?

Default Oil gunk on valve cover bolts, should I be concerned ?
Seperately, neither of my cig lighters work. I attemted to connect a power inverter (to power a mobile DVD player) and neither of them work. I checked the fuses (ok). Went to the dealer for a quick diagnosis and they could not figure it out and need the car for a few hours to look into. Anyone have any thoughts ?

OK, it might sounds naive, but did you lock the window buttons on the driver's door?

Yes, thr front cig lighter doesn't work either.

Default Shouldn't be concerned about the oil gunk
If you want to investigate, just take the covers off.

they are on different fuses and so presumabley also different circuits
