Oil help on 02 S8

Need some help from the warm climate folks. Picked up my 02 with 32k miles in December. Lookin' to perform an oil change. The manual recommends 0W30 or 5W30. I'm in SoCal. Any suggestions as to brand and specs?

Mobil 1 5w30 would be fine.

Mobil 1 0w40 would also be good, if you can find it.

I've seen it - M1 0w40 - at Autozone and Advance Auto Parts
