You've got that right. Most of those guys you're butting heads with are completely lacking in A) knowledge of Econ 101 and/or B) reading comprehension.

One of my favorite things about this car is tweaking it a little and still having it look quietly Audi. Like adding the sub and amp to the sound system -- $500, massive improvement, and it let me keep the stock head unit in that perfect sculpture of a dash.

I guess that *eventually*, if enough people made Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday "buy no gas day", and then kept it up through Saturday, Sunday, and started again not buying gas the following week, too, and so on...
EVENTUALLY, yes, the prices would come down.
So let's make EVERY day a National Buy No Gas Day, and simply refuse to purchase gas until the price drops back to $1 a gallon. That might actually work -- which is why it won't happen.
