opinon... BBS CH or knock off a8 12 spoke or knock off rs6
the reason I am saying knock off is they are make them in 18". I don't want 19" because less tire choice. I also have those new set of 18" tires I just bought. I would like to stay with 18x8.5 with a et of 30 or 35.. I like the new a8l 12 spoke but they run in only 18x8 et35. I might sell my current 18x9 wheels for about $550 or so.. I have 5 wheels one with a big flat spot but could be fixed. I am still up in the air about things.. I just want a new look.. I guess I feel like Dan and like to change my wheels like my underwear.. lol.. I guess I am looking for more feedback on the knock offs.. OF course Italian made knock offs not china ones. thanks guys..

I think that's an absolute no brainer
If the wheels are inexpensive, they are not strong, and I've seen those on ebay before. At least there are more spokes.
Also, they will be heavy.
The BBS CH is a quality wheel that is also very expensive.
You don't get someting for nothing. How many bent wheels have you gone through?
I know Dan Mac has and countless others. That is why I have stuck to the 17" forged wheels for street, never had a problem with H&R's in Chicago, and I've taken some hard licks.

Aren't BBS CH the only BBS wheels that are not forged or shot peened?
As for Reps, I have currently reps on my car and I have not had any problems. I also did go through a rash of wheel changes. Rep 19" Rs6s bent easily, Rep BBS 19" bent easily, 18" pie plates, nice, but not sporty enough, and finally my 18" RS4 Reps. Any wheel in large diameter, hitting a big enough pothole will bend. Even forged SSR on my buddy's 540i bent when he hit a pothole.

thanks that is the another reason only to go with 18.. I bent one
18 but I hit a huge pothole. Boy what I mad. But other then that I like the 18 and the option of tire choices.
