After changing the Clutch,Aux Fan, and the coolant mix the problem has really reduced. Yesterday i drove for about 1hr in crawling traffic in 40degC temps. and the temerature only started rising after about 40mins...
But when the temp rises its rises quickly ... and even if you get a stretch of road and you drive fast enough for the temp to drop back to normal.. the Temp. will rise again much faster in the next traffic jam... until you park the car and let it cool below the normal.

a while back ... could it be faulty... but it seems to be registerering the temperatuire correctly as the temp increase has considerably slowed down since i repalced teh elec. fan...
why do you think that it could be the thermostat?

Flushing the system is not enough. You have to do it the old way of pressure cleaning. Trust me I used to have the same problem and after pressure cleaning, I never had any overheating problems. Just take it to a Radiator specialist and have him take it out and pressure clean the radiator from the inside. I hope that works for you.
