I am getting this code on my S8 ! Recently i had a leak from the Injectors Seals which i replaced . i have checked the net for the cause its is indicated either from vacuum leak (which is not my case) Damaged/failed/dirty throttle body(I have checked and cleaned ) .An air restriction in the intake air path or exhuust or A faulty positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve
Or Internal engine problem (Hope is not this one ) or Failed PCM.
From Where should i begin ?

you might need vagcom to do a throttle re adapt after cleaning it. if not the throttle controller might just be bad. not many things can make the idle lower. air leaks tend to make it higher
