Hi Paul, I understand you have the euro version of the nav plus, where did you get it? I go over very often, so I wanted to see if I could get my dirty hands on one - seems it would also allow for ipod integration...

You need to look at http://www.navplus.us/, it has everything that you would want to know....takes a while to study, but it's not very compliacated.
You can do an iPod a few ways, but I bet with the next software revision there should be an aux input, so you can have all the inputs plus an aux input. Or you can use the Audi interface, but you loose the CD changer.
I got an A4 unit and trimmed it down.

Thanks, I don't mind losing the changer - just want to get rid of the unsightly white cable from the cassette adapter, and the charger cable from the lighter...I would think a relatively skilled audi mech should be able to install it...?

A blitzsafe adaptor, a Diez adaptor, an Audi iPod adaptor......go to the audio forum. It's all there.
