Default Paul's Soon to Be Performance Center

So my GF Kimberly and I signed a contract for a house today.....these houses aren't very big in the suburbs of Chicago where we were looking, most have 25' wide lots.

This house has a 50' lot and get this TWO GARAGES. There is a huge two car garage that had a full size SUV and four door car in it, plus it has another 8'-10' on the side, and about 5' behind the SUV with the door closed. It also has storage above with pull down stairs.

Has a double wide door opening into the yard (entrance is from an alley)....you can see it here way in the background, half of the double door is open:

You can see the second garage (single) on the right here....it is very deep and has a storage area about 6' deep when you first walk in.

Kimberly already told me that the two car garage is mine and she gets the one car garage.....will have room for my car, motorcycle, ALL my tools, table saw, compressor, etc.....and only fill half the thing up! Plus all the storage on top!

Here's the alley shot...pretty boring, it's the one with the ladder and the one after that....

Here's how much room is on the side of the second car in the garage.....not just your basic 20'x20'!!

So I will be able to host timing belt changes or maybe just beer drinking garage parties soon! Hopefully all will go well. If you want to see the whole thing....here's the link.

Sweet!

Hey Paul, I have been reading your post for a while, I look forward to meeting you, I myself live in Oak Park, IL. I am an Audi nut, I just bought a 2000 A6 4.2 w/47,000 miles from Audi of Tinley Park. I have dealt with Schaumburg Audi for some of my past Audi Purchases and also Laurel in Westmont (Ed Sibinski, the service manager, is great) I really wanted a 2000 A8L or 2001, but I needed to stay in a certain price range, so this will do (the A6 4.2) it is soooo fast compared to my 1995 A6 2.8 FWD, it has 112,000 miles and still runs like new, I have a GREAT indie mechanic in Berywn on 16th and Oak Park ave, J&S foreign car, I have been going to them for over 8 years. Again, congrats, enjoy the home, and I look forward to meeting you

Contact me anytime....will be happy to recode your tranny.....this house is in Forest Park....so you too can have your car troubleshot at Paul's new performance center.

I started using Forest Park Auto Repair on Harrison, and I can highly recommend them.
