Paul- I would expect nothing but this from you...all about the garage....nothing about the KITCHEN???? Wasn't this the "for sale by owner" you talked with a month or so ago? Glad to hear you were able to put together a deal. Onward to the "new phase of life". Congrats!

PS: As I was out boating on Lake Winnebago this weekend I enjoyed following your posts from Mid-Ohio. Sounds like you all had a great time!

Now as I observe that nice patio area in front of the garage, suppose there was a second garage double door on that side too where you could have an awning and pit area by day and patio BBQ pit by night?
