Just looking at the 443-615-601-b rotor from the 97A8Q in comparison to the 302mm rotor.
the offset is close but not as close as it is with the 8d0 rears from the b5A4. You're still got 1-2mm hanging off of the back of the 302mm rotor. This COULD be eliminated by cutting the rotor down on that one side. The hub centric portion of the rotors are identical... so they will fit on your hubs without any issue.
I dont know exactly what your rear caliper carriers look like (I dont have test rear carrier for your car) They are not the same ones used on the b5 a4.
