Pennszoil syn 5w-30

hi guys..yesterday my mechanic mistakenly put pennzoil synthetic 5w-30 in my car instead of mobil 1 ...is this a big deal since it was the same grade just a different brand or should i have him change it out right away..

Side note: Live in DC, and I'm thinking of going to Mobil1 5w-40 SUV. (Pros/cons?)
