Default Thank you Randy for showing me this. They stole them! I don't know ...

... wether to be flattered or disappointed. I guess that's how it goes. I don't suppose I hold a copyright over my pictures just like that.

We've all done it with previous spy pics, so I guess they can also do it to mine! It is funny (and misleading) however, the way they show that line of cars ready for transportation and claim they're A8's. Cuz they're not! I don't believe there is one 8 on board there!

It feels a bit akward, but also exciting and
flattering though.

If anyone finds them in other places, will you let me know? Maybe they'll show up in print? That would be really weird, knowing that Audi has already revealed some official photo's. Maybe the one with the old and the new ... Do you think these pics show a bit of a different car then the official ones?

Default I guess I'd have the same mixed feelings, but ...

.
note that I edited my post, changing the name of the link.

I realize that these aren't copyrighted photos, but there was no reason for not at least acknowledging the source of the pictures, so say nothing of the courtesy of asking you first.

Default They weren't even smart enough to get the really good pictures below

Look, they copied the pictures at the top of the thread, but not the ones under "the old and new in one pic plus others" thread. That thread has the old and new and the machine in it's wrapping.

Now how smart is this? I was going to grab your photos and maybe run them through photoshop to lighten them up and repost.

I don't think they have made the LWB yet, shouldn't it arrive next year?

Feel free to do that. I'll admit the pics haven't been scanned fabulously

Default I took your new-old photo and Photoshopped it a little- here is another comparison....

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/24433/new-old_compare.jpg"></center><p>A little easier to make the comparison? Maybe.

Default Re: Thank you Randy for showing me this. They stole them! I don't know ...

A thread just showed up on the Audifan S4/S6 forum with a link to that spy shot. I was sure to correct them as to source. Gave them a link to this thread.

Copyright or not, for the most part, when I've seen cut and paste photos, credit is usually given to the original owner. As in, "hey check this/these photos out that I found on project project.com"

I say credit where credit is due.

At any rate, count me in the "thanks for the photos department."
