I am pretty sure that since YOU took the pictures YOU have the copyright of these pics!

As far as I know, copyright is not something you have to arrange with lawyers or an official institute. The original creator (unless hired by another party) of any original artwork or photo AUTOMATICALLY by law owns the copyright of a piece. But hey, their URL is www.westealphotos.com right?! I'd drop them an e-mail anyway and get deserved credit.
