Pirelli PZero Nero

I have a question, currently I am running Michelin Pilot Sport AS's and love them. However I have noticed that on Tire Rack's comparison and reviews, the new High Performance All Season Pirelli PZero Nero's are getting consistently better reviews and they are nearly half the price. They also say they run quieter than the Michelin's, and now that mine are nearing the wear bars (I have about an 1/8 of an inch to go) they are getting noticeably noisier.
Is anyone here running on the Pirelli's and if so what are you impressions? I know everyone here will say the Michelin's are probably better, but I am trying to find a reason why the people on Tire Rack are rating the Pirelli's as a better tire.
Thanks for any input!

Note that I was considering the all-weather version of both (so, the M+S on the Pirellis).
I had Pirelli's before and liked them. They suited the S8 very well, in that they had very crisp and immediate response to lateral movement (sharp turns left or right). At the time (fall of 2004), the Pirellis were not available in the US for the 18' wheels (245/45), so I went with the more expensive Michelins. The Michelins are probably going to last a bit longer than the Pirellis (my impression). Also, I feel that the Michelins are marginally better at wet conditions.
Like you, though, I'd prefer quieter tires, so if the Neros rate well, go for them. In fact, next time I change my tires, I might try the Neros or the Potenzas.

..and I love them. I went with the slightly oversized 235-55-17. Extremely quiet and they never squeal in normal to mildly agressive driving. Rain performance is also excellent. Can't speak for snow performance. I put on Blizzaks (also excellent tires)after the first Michigan snowfall.

..rather than changing only the 2 front I replaced all 4 (kept the two good ones). At 10K they were still very good, with good thread and grip, though a bit noisier than new. Overall I'm very happy with them, but I'll probably go the Nero route next time just to try a new set.

I have about 35k on the Michelin's right now. I understand that some say the Pirelli's won't go that distance, but that is also quite dependant on the type of driver etc... Even if I got 30k out of the PZero's I would think I would still be happy.
