Power Outlet/Cigarette Lighter
Gentlemen,
I have never used the power outlet/cigarette lighter but yesterday I tried to connect a GPS device to it for power and it didn't work. I tried the cigarette lighter and presumably that didn't work either since it didn't pop back out. Could this be a fuse issue and where could the fuse for this be located.

Thanks gentlemen. The fuse for the front lighter was burnt out so I replaced it with a spare and presto, the lighter popped out red hot. 
Now my next mission is to solve the mystery of the side mirrors that wouldn't work even though the reverse lights come on when the car is in reverse.
