Not installed yet....will do my A/C clutch relay mod at the same time now!
Off to Spain for 9 days a week from tomorrow....so I don't know when I will get to it....but looking forward to it!

I almost have mine done...
Just need to run the wire from the trunk to the controller which I also mounted in the ashtray (I also used the Pioneer unit). I put a twist on my install though from the earlier postings I mimiced. I got a hinge from Lowe's and attached it to the controller and center console. It is not a loose hinge, so it holds the controller at an angle facing the driver, yet can fold down so the cover can still be closed over it. Looks very nice. I'll post pics later.

The package came with two hinges..
so I'll take a pic of both the hinge and the install. If you like how it looks, and want my other hinge, email me and I'll ship it to you (or you can get it for $3 at any Home Depot).
