Question about strange noise and water temperature

Got the car back, and PaulW is correct
It is indeed the thermostat, I requested that they keep the part for me but they seems to have forgotten all about it, sorry Paul!
Another suprised is that the roadside assistant only assist in towing. I've waited for 3 hours for the flatbed (thank god it was parked at home) and I was told the dealership is responsible for a loaner. Called the service department, they said the sales dept will take care of it since it will be closed. Called the sales dept before I leave, told they will call me back. Got to the dealership, and guess what? NO LOANER! Needless to say, I'm not very happy about that! At least I got a ride from a staff in the dealership home...
