My 97 A8Qhas the Bose Delta CC radio, which I'd like to remove to inspect the wiring. I purchased Pro-Fit removal tool DM-20-22 - two identical flat notched metal strips that click into the two removal slots on the bottom L and R corners of the radio. The left side will click in and free the left side of the radio. The right side slides in, barely clicks, but will not "lock" in and free up the left side of the unit. Any suggestions? I'm dreading taking the dash apart. Thanks. Larry

Hi Larry,
You wrote "The right side slides in, barely clicks". The tool may not be locked into the radio to help you to pull it forward, but hopefully the R lock is free. If you can't manage to pry the radio out without risking scratching it or the surrounding trim, you could always just remove the passenger side portion of the center console (see PaulW's excellent writ-up on iPod install at his web site for panel removal). You can then get a hand in behind the radio to help it out![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Best of luck,
