Default Rear headrest/lumbar - problem

I have revomed rear seats for cleaning, and when reinstalled - None of controls work, headrests, and lumbar support. Seat heating works. I have rechecked cables 10 times, all seem fine. But cant find why its not working, before that it was working. Fuses are fine...vag does not say anything. Except airbag faults which i deleted. any ideas? thanks

Dont have a tester with me to check if power comes, but all connectors are checked, fuses are 100% ok. seats rechecked for broken wires...strange, what could make it not work by just removing. Heating works on both sides..

ok so if the relay is making noice when pushing button, does this mean that power comes to relays, and from then power should go to headrest motors.. ?
