Default Rear trans housing leak RR??
I have a 1997 Audi A8 with the auto 5spd, with the 4.2L I originally thought my rear transmission output shaft was leaking but come to find its the rear transmission housing seal. Can I do this on my own?
I am worried about parts falling out when i remove it.. Is there any DIY's?

There are two of them. If you need to replace the rear one nothing is going to fall out. Make sure you ready to hold the TorSen, it's heavy.

Its the rear.. where is the second one? Also do I have to remove the drivers side exhaust manafold to make room to drop it?

Can i remove the front housing on the trans with out the pices falling out?
