Default Rear upper control arm bushing replacement?

Ok, so I posted about this some time ago and no I have not fixed it yet but have a renewed enthusiasm as of late so ...

Looks like the source of my 9 year old rear suspension clunk (excuse my fuzzy math in the video) is the outer bushing on the rear upper control arm, the one that the strut bolts to. I recall some dodgyness about the spring needing to be compressed and an esoteric spring compressor not found at local parts store. So I it's just this one want to replace then can I do it without the need to remove the entire control arm. I can get a cheapy busing for $10 See the video below and let me know the easiest way to do this job, thanks.
