00 A8's didn't have Recaro's unless from Europe

And if they are from Europe, then just get new airbags. But if they are state side, they didn't have any 00's come with recaro's.

The only stateside car that came with recaro's was the S8.

they are from Europe, can I use

my seat's airbags and retrofit it into the recaros?

Don't know, would have to look at an ETKA for a European model

But I wouldn't be surprised if you could retrofit. Nice upgrade!
