My Fan clutch isn't engaging anymore and i have been told that it need to be replaced due to the "budget" thing (Last month i have replaced my radiator and steering rack and Labor costs me more then 2000 $ ) i want to add silicone oil to my fan clutch . is there anyone who did this in his Ride ?

This is a nice unit, Borg Warner makes ACM fan clutches... they also make audi's turbos.
I would buy this (did) and run it.
No need for a dealership part on this.
