Default removing bumper cover

can someone please give me instruction on how to remove the front bumper cover?
Do you have to remove the bumper first?

If anyone could e-mail me a Bently printout I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Default Follow the first section of this....

Audipages is your friend ;-)

Also, to answer a question form an earlier post, if the "L" shaped bracket on the bumper cover is broken, it can sometimes be repaired. I fixed mine using a piece of angle aluminum that I drilled and pop riveted to what was left of the plastic "L" piece on the cover. I then epoxied it as well. You need to be sure that the vertical section of the aluminum angle is at the correct distance from the cover, or it won't align properly.

http://www.audipages.com/Tech_Articles/Body/frontendremoval.html</a

Default I did that same repair, on the bumper cover.

Works great.

I have some pics somewhere, but I've never put them on fotki. I'd have to dig them up.
