Replacing Fuel Injector (help with procedure)

I have faulty fuel injector (#1) that I am planing to replace to the remanufactured one. I removed all engine plastic covers and 4 #10 bolts holding the fuel lines (attached to all 8 fuel injectors). Tried to lift fuel line by hand using moderate force - it doesn't budge. Can anybody give me some advise on replacing just this #1 fuel injector. Do I need to remove all 8 injectors that I understand are attached to this metal fuel line, in order just to replace #1?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Correction: Instead of "fuel line" please read "fuel rail" and for the reference it is 1997 A8 4.2. Thanks!

With the 4 bolts off the top, you can actually lift just the one side (4 injectors) far enough to remove a single injector. There's enough flexibility to get plenty of clearance (a couple of inches) without hurting anything.
You can do all 8 at the same time if you're afraid it's in too much of a bind.
It feels tight (esp if never done before), but carefully pry under rail (long screwdriver wrapped with a rag/tape or similar) at one end, then the other (pretty firm at first)...alternate back and forth near each injector...they will break loose and come up without damage. When they're up, prop the rail up with a small wrench or something.
Be careful that the rubber donut seal and plastic retainer on each injector doesn't get damaged, banging against the manifold holes. Clean the holes, the seals...a little silicone grease (or similar) is good to carefully put them back in the holes when done. Alternately turning down the fuel rail bolts easily reseats the injectors.
