Hey, so my oil reminder is blinking constantly in the tripometer and it is driving me insane. So... I tried to reset it using VWTOOL and found the reset RSI's and clicked on the oil service reminder and it said function not supported by ECU, use adaption feature with proper channel. Well I think the channel is 5 but I have no idea how to do it?! Can someone give me the procedure/pointers?
Thanks guys

You will need VAG-COM if you want to change the interval.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a8/msgs/144165.phtml">Service Reset</a></li></ul>

Hey thanks for that email, I figured it out with your guidance! I really appreciate it. On VWTool you just enter the instrument module, click on adaption, then enter in 05 in the channel, click enter. Then enter in 015 into the value box (stands for 15000 km. (you can enter in any value you would like) Then just hit enter and it will say current value and display 15. Click save values and you are done. For anyone who is following this post! Thanks a lot guys. Much appreciated.
