it has little to do with being "safe." In fact, we have in this CS state, motorcycle cops who's only job is to ride around looking for folks not wearing their seatbelts. One stopped me a while back because he said he couldn't tell if I had mine on because of the tinted windows!!! When he told me he was a "seatbelt enforcement officer," my reponse was; "I bet your Mommy is damn proud of you." He didn't get it and said; "she sure is."

First the fat slob had to finish his donut..he was eating it when he walked up to the car. Then he said "you were going *about* 40 or 45 in a 25". The ticket said he paced her for 1/4 mile. That was bull because he made a "u" turn and immediately stopped her. Fortunately there were others in the car. Hi ho its off to court we go!

maybe a detector would have alerted you as he rolled through the hills! Within about 50 feet most jammers are not effective against RADAR/Laser guns.
Another case-in-point for why you need to have both a built in detector and a jammer. I have the K40 Dual Undetectable System and Black Widow Jammer...the detectors work really well, yet I have no idea if the jammer works (I'll assume it does!). I needed the system the first day I drove the car back from NYC with three speed traps in about 30 minutes. Jersey cops are really active ticket writers! Best of all its "on" all the time and totally hidden.
Ditch the detector box on Ebay and get a fully integrated, and concealed system that can provide both detection and jamming. Hey, you said you needed another project Paul!
Here are a few test reports, in PDF format, and a few video clips too.<ul><li><a href="http://www.k40.com/Technical/producttestreports.html">http://www.k40.com/Technical/producttestreports.html</a</li></ul>

:-)
Have you seen that photo? If greenie is up there then I noticed his boot print down in the right corner on the 38M Panoramic photo they put together. Did anyone see that? I can not find the link to the 38M one, but I down loaded it early January. Here is the small version. Recommend you do not download this unless you are on broadband. Expand this as far as possible to blow it up. In IE double click and then a expansion tool will come up. Click on it and then look to the right of the rock for greenie's foot print. See the boot print, not the balloon indentation? Just having a little fun, but the 38M I have really looks like a human (greenie) boot print. It really caught me off guard and was wild. I will see if I can find the link when I get to the other PC this week.
