Default According to the Audiworld Model Guide Historicals ...

front: 323x30 mm vented
rear: 269x22 mm vented (I believe the "solid" is a typo.)

Note that both front and rear A8L rotors are larger than the A8's.<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/model/historical/00/a8.shtml">2000 A8 Model Guide</a></li></ul>

Default Probably ...

I only say that because I've seen a few typo's in the model guide, and it doesn't report any mid-year changes (if any).

Therewere mid year changes in the 2000MY. Esarly 2000's have a twin piston caliper. Later verrsions have a four piston Brembo. Additionally, there were two different 2 piston calipers on the early 2000 cars. Somewhere in the bottom of the trunk is a sticker with all of the build data for your car. Alternatively, you can give your VIN number to the dealer and they will run it for you to determine exactly how youor car was equipped.

Regards,

Brian C.
