rotors and calipers, where to get

anyone have any luck getting A8 brake parts from an alternative source (other than the dealer)

Might be too small a market. 3500 to 4500 sold a year.

If you want to upgrade, consider Stoptech or Porterfeild ( rotors and pads ).

want stock only, the aftermarket is too expensive

just want stock. I think the rears are standard parts, the fronts I can't tell

I'm not sure where you are but this place was able to get me OEM rotors and pads for my car for about half of what the dealer wanted for the exact same parts. If you order over the phone maybe they can have them shipped directly to you no matter where you are. I'm not sure, but it's worth a shot.
