had to get a lot of work done on the s8 yesterday, hutin in the pocket even though i got a discount

1.new pass side cat
2.2 new o2 sensors
3.new rear sway bar end links

out the door for a whopping 1600...ouch..merry x mass to my s8

i will say she feel a lot stronger now and its nice to not have the check engine light on...those cats though prey yours dont go cause they are loooottttt

I think it is 7/70 too but I also read somewhere that Federal law requires them to last 10 years..

...their excuse was that it showed visible external damage. I took it to an indy shop to have it replaced and he stated their denial was complete and udder BS. He said there were scratches, but no dents - I called the dealer back and they said they stood by their original assessment...so basically I got to buy one myself. I was not a happy camper and haven't been back to that crappy dealer since.

I don't know about the catalytic converters but <a href="http://www.epa.gov/oms/consumer/warr95fs.txt">as per this link</a>
it should have been 8 years no?

Replace it at the Indy and contact AoA to pay the bill.....
